What airport should I fly into?
Newark International Airport (EWR) is the primary airport in New Jersey.
What are the dress code themes?
Haldi: Shades of Yellow, Orange, Pink
Mehendi: Anything you'd like! Just be mindful that henna can stain so don't wear anything that will stain easily!
Sangeet: Colourful, Sparkly, Dazzling 💖
Wedding: Traditional Indian Attire. The wedding will be held at a temple so please make sure to bring a shawl or something to cover your shoulders if you choose to wear a sleeveless outfit.
Reception: Indian or Western Formal
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
The Baraat will start at 8:00AM. The ceremony will start promptly at 9:30AM. Please aim to arrive by 8:00AM so there is plenty of time to park and party with the groom for his entrance!
Do you have a wedding registry?
We don’t have a traditional registry; your presence and blessings are more than enough for us. We’re truly grateful to celebrate this special day with our family and friends!
What kind of meal will be served?
For all of our events, we will be serving a South + North Indian vegetarian buffet for all our guests. If you have any concerns about allergies, kindly email us at
Where can I stay?
We will have a hotel room block for all guests, but there are many great hotels and airbnbs in the area, should you choose to stay there! We will share more information soon on the hotel block :)
